fun circuitBreakerNamed(registry: CircuitBreakerRegistry, name: String, config: CircuitBreakerConfig.() -> Unit)
Uses a shared DefaultCircuitBreaker from registry keyed by name. Multiple policies can pass the same CircuitBreakerRegistry and name to share a global circuit breaker state across those policies.
Telemetry limitation: only the first policy that registers a name in the registry will receive com.santimattius.resilient.telemetry.ResilientEvent.CircuitStateChanged events via its events kotlinx.coroutines.flow.SharedFlow. Subsequent policies reusing the same registry entry share the breaker state but do not receive telemetry events for it. Observe the shared breaker directly via DefaultCircuitBreaker.state for shared observability.
Cannot be combined with circuitBreaker in the same builder.
